Tinus and Anneri tied the knot at one of my favourite venues, Gourikwa Reserve. The day was celebrated with family, friends and a very important four legged companion, Max. Max made his presence known during the ceremony, I think it was to confirm his approval of Tinus. The day was captured by one of our South African television programs, Pasella – looking forward to see the day from their point of view. The day was filled with emotions and fun and off course a real South African braai feast.
Phoedelia’s daughter gave her this session as n birthday present. I wish more people would book portraits session like these, such a beautiful way to capture a little piece of your life for your family to enjoy and cherish. Dawie and Susan has both experience the loss of a life partner but are now blessed with a second chance at a life with someone at their side. Tinus and Anneri will be tying the knot early in 2019. Looking forward to capture this sweet couple’s wedding day, promising to be a unique event. Max will off course be there to celebrate this big event with his humans.
From her first email inquiry I just knew that this bride is different and it is going to be awesome to be part of their wedding. We had our first meeting more than a year before the wedding. Their wedding date was planned perfectly, giving Knysna time to heal after the raging fires and also the day celebrating their anniversary as a couple. Meeting up in Cape Town for their engagement session was such a treat, you can only have fun with such an amazing down to earth couple.
This was a wedding all about family and friends, confirmed by their choices of prints after the wedding. The ceremony was held in Brigitte’s granny’s garden, making the day extra special.
Renier and Nadia is tying the knot in October and I am the fortunate one to capture their wedding. Like so many of my clients, they are not local but decided to celebrate their big day in our beautiful region. This engagement session was also our first meeting. They are a stunning couple and I am so looking forward to the wedding! The scenic shot of them on the ocean pool wall at The Point in Mossel Bay is kinda cool – the clouds formed a streak in the sky as if a plane passed by, this is cool cause Renier is a pilot and Nadia a pilot in the making.

Neil and Niki’s session had a bit of an added family session. They were visiting Neil’s parents for his mom’s birthday.
Niki absolutely adores dolphins, so her excitement captured when they noticed dolphins is priceless! It is natural moments like these that capture true memories. They are a gorgeous couple and I am looking forward to their wedding in August, Niki is going to be a stunning bride.
