How special to get all your kids together for your 80th birthday celebration. Unfortunately not all the grandchildren could attend as so many of our South African families our nowadays scattered all over the world. Tinus and Anneri tied the knot at one of my favourite venues, Gourikwa Reserve. The day was celebrated with family, friends and a very important four legged companion, Max. Max made his presence known during the ceremony, I think it was to confirm his approval of Tinus. The day was captured by one of our South African television programs, Pasella – looking forward to see the day from their point of view. The day was filled with emotions and fun and off course a real South African braai feast.
