“When I started with the planning of our wedding, I had to search for all my vendors and suppliers from scratch, except one – our wedding photographer. I was already a big fan and follower on Facebook so I had no doubt in my mind that Lynelle simply had to document our special day from beginning to end. I think I might just have moved our wedding date had she not been available!
As a photography enthusiast myself I looked at her photographs as an inspiration. Her play with light and composition in her photos is always so stunning. But what really sets her apart from the rest is the emotion she captures in her images, and that is something that can never be taught.
She was such a calming energy to be around on our (sometimes stressful) wedding day. She is rarely seen but always there. Professional yet she feels like someone you’ve known forever.

Taking the time to do a bit of a personal project is always rewarding! Inge only wanted a few studio portraits to remember this precious time of expecting their first little one. I asked her to extend the session with a bit of a project for me. The recent fires in Dana Bay was scary and tragic, I am also a Dana Bay resident and was directly affected by this. Late afternoon session with the Minnaar family. We had to face the wind as this was their last day on holiday in the Garden Route. We were literally eating sand! Thank you for being such great sports! Looking forward to see you all again!
We almost missed our session with the Ferns family. We innitially booked an earlier date, but wind was a nightmare! Fortunately we had a gap on Tuesday with awesome cloudy weather.
I wil never forget this family session. A big family with hearts of gold! The kids were all so awesome. We had a crazy windy day and started with a few formal portraits in the park before facing the wind at the beach. Kind of felt like I had to much to drink with the wind pushing me around. Everybody was so great with the horrible wind and did not complain one bit. Looking forward to see you all again end of 2017.

Booking sessions on the beach during the busy holiday season is kind off risky. The wind was just horrible and we could not reschedule, so I am very thankful for the option of a studio facility. Marissa and her family came all the way from Gauteng to visit the Garden Route for the holliday season. I worked with Marissa 14 years ago, and at that time we both were expecting our second child, it is hard to believe they are both turning 15 in 2017. It was an honour to capture your beautiful family and it was great to see you again. Your girls are so gorgeous! Enjoy the rest of your holiday and travel home safely.
The absolute beauty of an expecting mother! We initially planned a session in the forest with a few beach photos afterwards, but things do not always work out as planned. So happy with how thing turned out in the end, love these images of beautiful Roxzaan and her family expecting their second little one.
From the get go the dad of the Constance family treated my husband – assistant for the day! – and me like old family friends, this session did not feel like work! Dear Kay thank you for a great time with you and your family!
