Adel was very unsure of this session as the weather did not seem to play along. I assured her that things always work out and boy oh boy, it did! The day turned out perfect, perfect family dressed to perfection, awesome location and beautiful light! What more can a photographer ask for? “Fantasmagories”, this is how I will remember this gorgeous family.
Hannelie is such a warm hearted woman, she felt like an old friend when I finally met her in person. This was a cold, windy day but the kids were awesome and dad was also a star, seeing as men usually hate these sessions. Thank you for a great session, I do hope to see you all again!
In the end things ALWAYS work out. When Vanessa initially booked this session I planned to do it late afternoon, aiming for the best possible light. But due to their family plans for the rest of the day we had to do the session late morning, kinda the worst time of day. So happy with how this session turned out. I enjoyed every minute with this family!
The first time I met Miah she was only a few days old, fresh from the hospital. My first session with her delivered one of my all time favourite newborn photos with a permanent spot in my portfolio. I loved seeing her again!
How special to get all your kids together for your 80th birthday celebration. Unfortunately not all the grandchildren could attend as so many of our South African families our nowadays scattered all over the world. The Heyneke family decided to book a beach family session while on holiday in Mossel Bay. We started out at Great Brak beach, but the cold wind was just a bit too much for little Alyssa to put on a happy face. We met up again the following afternoon in Mossel Bay at the Point We decided to opt for a bit earlier and not so close to sunset, succes, Alyssa had a happy face! It was so great to meet you all, looking forward to see you all again.
The perfect weather for a late morning beach wedding. Neville and Iona decided to officially tie the knot at De Vette Mossel after being together already for a long time. It was a very small, intimate celebration, just perfect! I loved everything about this celebration, the venue, perfect weather and the best of all was the awesome people I got to meet and work with. Congratulations! Hope you have a blessed road ahead!
